Starter and Operations have no setup fee. During early access, operators receive hands-on onboarding at no extra cost. Fleet pricing includes a dedicated implementation engineer, with scope and cost agreed before signing.
We count active airframes registered in your Tailsight account. Aircraft in long-term storage or dry-leased out without your maintenance authority are excluded from the limit.
Pre-built connectors support AMOS, TRAX, Corridor M&E, and SAP PM. Systems without REST APIs can use standard CSV import. Custom connectors for other systems are available with the Fleet tier.
Choose US or EU data residency when setting up your account. Data stays in that region and is encrypted at rest and in transit.
